About Me
What can I say about me? I'm a 22 year old mixed race dude from England, born to a black Jamaican mother and a white English father. I was born and grew up in Bradford until I was six, moved to Luton, lived in America for six months when I was ten, moved back and I'm still here, now attending the University of Bedfordshire.
I wasn't fortunate to be exposed to the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, The Pharcyde, De La Soul and The Roots until I was 18 so you could say I was "late to the party" but that hasn't hampered me in catching up. And it's not just hip hop artists who have inspired me to do what I do; I have massive love for Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Jamiroquai, Seal, Zero 7, 4hero, to name but a few. Somehow, all of these artists have contributed to the music I have and hope to release in the future. They have shaped my musical landscape and I cannot thank them enough.
